OutfitTry ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Ankur Jain, trading as ZenithBuilds, based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. OutfitTry (outfittryai.com) provides AI-powered virtual try-on, model swap, and product photography tools ("Services").
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our Services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By using OutfitTry, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you sign up or log in, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture through Google Sign-In or email-based login. We do not receive your Google account password.
Images You Upload
To provide try-on, model swap, and product photography features, we process the images you upload — including model photos and clothing/product photos — along with the images we generate for you.
Usage Information
We track how many free generations you have used (5 free tries on the mock studio plan) and your general activity on the Services, such as features used and generation history.
Payment Information
If you subscribe to a paid plan (Studio or Brand PRO), your payment is processed by Razorpay. We receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, and billing records. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details — these are handled directly by Razorpay.
Technical Information
We automatically collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies necessary to operate the website securely.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate your login
- To generate try-on, model swap, and product photography results from the images you upload
- To track and enforce your free generation limit (5 images)
- To process payments and manage your subscription plan
- To maintain, secure, and improve the Services
- To respond to support requests and communicate important account or service updates
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Services
- To comply with applicable law
We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share limited data with trusted providers who help us run OutfitTry. These providers only receive what they need to perform their function and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

5. Data Retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for security and legal purposes.
- Uploaded and generated images: retained until you delete them or delete your account, unless removed earlier as part of routine system cleanup.
- Payment records: retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.
- Usage/technical data: retained only as long as needed to operate and secure the Services.
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information, except where retention is required by law.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted storage and transmission via Cloudflare, restricted access controls, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International Data Transfers
OutfitTry is based in India, but some of our service providers operate internationally — including fal.ai and Cloudflare, which may process data in the United States, the United Kingdom, or elsewhere. Where required by law, we take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including India's Information Technology Act and rules, the GDPR (EU/UK users), and the CCPA (California users). These may include the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account, images, and associated data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
You can delete uploaded/generated images and close your account directly from your account settings, or by emailing us at the address below.
9. Children's Privacy
OutfitTry is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a user under 18, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the website or via email where required.
