These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OutfitTry (outfittryai.com), operated by Ankur Jain, trading as ZenithBuilds ("we", "us", "our"). By using OutfitTry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. The Services

OutfitTry provides AI-powered virtual try-on, model swap, and product photography tools. Some features are free (limited to 5 generations); additional usage requires a paid subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use OutfitTry. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login (Google or email-based) and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OutfitTry to upload, generate, or share content that:

You must have the right to upload any image you submit. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the images you upload and the results generated for you. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your images (including via third-party AI providers) solely to generate your results. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models or for marketing without your consent.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Studio, Brand PRO) are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you will retain access until then. All fees paid are non-refundable, except: (a) where required by applicable law, (b) duplicate or accidental charges, or (c) a failed generation where credits were deducted but no result was delivered. If you believe you were charged in error, or a generation failed without delivering a result, contact us within 7 days at tradelinks141@gmail.com and we will review your case. For international transactions, refunds are returned via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

9. Disclaimer

OutfitTry is provided "as is." AI-generated results may contain errors or inaccuracies, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Use generated content at your own discretion. AI-generated outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to match expectations; dissatisfaction with a successfully delivered result does not qualify for a refund

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ankur Jain (trading as ZenithBuilds) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana. For the purposes of these Terms, the legal entity is Ankur Jain, proprietor, trading as ZenithBuilds.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OutfitTry after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
